The Growth Conflict™
Why it’s stopping you and how to use it to your advantage.
Have you ever tried to change your behaviour, only to do it again despite your best efforts?
Have you ever:
Perhaps you prefer a more passive approach?
Have you ever:
Maybe, like most people, you do a combination of these?
These are all signs that you are about to become, or are already, stuck.
The Growth Conflict™ makes us do things without thinking. It shows up in individuals, organisations, communities and our society as a whole. Some would argue it is important to the sustainability of our world.
It’s responsible for that niggling feeling that there should be more to life. At it’s best it is responsible for joy, happiness and wonder. At it’s worst it is at the centre of resistance to change, stagnation, poor performance and burnout.
The Growth Conflict™ is a paradox in the human system that is both an enabler and a limiting constraint to growth in individuals, teams and organisations.
This interactive e-book explores The Growth Conflict™ and how to apply it. I am going to show you how you can use it to your advantage and leverage it to design your version of a fulfilling life.
Coach | Trainer | Facilitator | Strategic Mentor
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across the globe with clients who are seeking to become High Performance Organisations. Through my propriety HPTE Strategy® Framework and coaching programmes like MYMindset® and MYLeadership™, I have provided strategic guidance, operational support, facilitation, mediation, culture measures, psychometric assessments, coaching and leadership training.
I have literally helped thousands of people change their thinking and behaviour.
And now I’m taking my years of research, learning, growth and top-tier consulting expertise and sharing it in a book.
This book is a work in progress. It is based on a free public webinar called “The Secrets to Changing Mindset”.
I am writing it in public as an interactive e-book so you can participate by asking questions and seeking clarity. I am, after all, writing it for you.
It is unedited, it will probably have mistakes, it’s not finished and it will evolve and get better over time. I plan to add new content regularly and eventually it will be published.
The first section is free to preview but, if you get value from the preview, then I invite you to support me by becoming a patron and buying me a coffee once a month. Alternatively, you can get full access for just $9.95.
Which ever option you choose, I will be grateful to you. Details on how you can support my work are below.
