Congratulations!

You learnt to Master Your Mindset (MYMindset®). That meant by joining the Community of Practice you could become an Affiliate and earn income immediately.

You went on to Mastered Your Leadership (MYLeadership®) and added that course to your Affiliate offering to make even more income. Now that you have completed your accreditation with Human Synergistics in the Life Styles Inventory™, you are ready to deliver these courses as a coach.

Through the MYCoaching® course, we will teach you how to be a course provider for MYMindset® and MYLeadership®  in our Community of Practice.

Here is what we will do:

  1. Set up yourcourses immediately and work with you to customise them to suit your style.
  2. Set up your email ([email protected]).
  3. Set up your payment gateway
  4. Give you access to Teams and our Booking System. 
  5. Give you access to our Miro collaboration space and our proprietary coaching templates. 
  6. Show you how to start marketing your courses.
  7. Tell the Community of Practice your are ready so they can start selling your course.


And all the way along you will have a Master Coach right beside you all the way.

  • Master Coach

    Development never stops. You will have access to Master Coaches and keep working to improve your constructive styles and proficiency in the Thinking Process.

Our Development Pathway

We are all committed to developing a Constructive Culture within our community, delivering great Client Value and being Commercially Responsible.

  • Level 1 – Mastering Your Mindset. Learn the foundations through practical experience. Complete the MYMindset® programme.

  • Level 2 – Mastering Your Leadership. Develop proficiency in the thinking tools and how to use them to influence human behaviour. Complete the MYLeadership® programme.

  • Level 3 – Master Your Coaching (You are here). Everything you need to set up your practice as a coach and do it full-time. Enrol in the MYCoaching® programme. Note: A pre-requisite to this programme is accreditation as a Human Synergistics practitioner so that you can use their assessments commercially.

  • Level 4 – Master Coach. Coaching Coaches in the Community of Practice and contributing to the practices and content available to the Community.

  • Level 5 – HPtE Strategy® Practitioner. Become a strategic mentor, trainer and facilitator of High Performance through Engagement.
